Heirs Drama Review
So I took a risk and decided to start watching a drama that was currently airing. I try to avoid doing this because I hate waiting a week to see a new episode. Because of this I slightly regret starting Heirs at such an early stage but I have absolutely fallen in love with this show!
Initially, the relationships between the characters bewildered me but as the drama progressed the relationships became more distinct and the conflict grew. I do not want to reveal any spoilers for those who have no watched the drama as yet so all I will say is that the plot keeps me interested for every minute of each episode!
It is interesting to see life from the eyes of the wealthy. It shows that being successful and rich does not always have its perks. There are breakdown in relationships, lies, depression and cheating involved in these lives all in an attempt to increase revenue, business and power.
While many characters act in their self-interest the typical drama love triangle is formed between the three main characters of the show: Kim Tan (Lee Min Ho), Cha Eun Sang (Park Shin Hye) and Choi Young Do (Kim Woo Bin). Through these characters we see many fights, intimate moments and saddening times. However, love continually blossoms between Kim Tan and Cha Eun Sung despite destructive external factors (or so it may seem).
This love triangle sits at the core of a spider web of relationships which all directly and indirectly affect each other and lead to greater conflict in the plot. It seems as if the drama never ends!
As I previously said, I do not want to reveal too much about the plot of the drama because it is a really good show and I recommend watching it whenever you have the time. There are currently eighteen episodes released out of a possible twenty episodes. As the drama heads towards the end, relationships are tested, twists occur and my emotions keep on spinning!
